10 wk old yorkie-chi (chorkie) mix in Longview, Washington For Sale

Gizmo is now 10 weeks old and ready for his forever home, we rescued him at 5 weeks full of bugs and now he has been fully vetted and he is full of love n' spunk.
He has had 2 of his 3 puppy shots, been de-wormed 3 times including tape worm, and has also been de-flead.
we are asking $250 and this includes his kennel, his purse, his beds, his blanket, his toys, his food (wet and dry), his food bowls, his sweater, and his harness and leash.
He is well on his way to be potty trained and does really well as long as he is taken out consistently (like very 2 hours or so he is a little guy)
Gizmo was 1.5 lbs when we rescued him and he is now about 3lbs and will not get bigger then 10lbs, but will probably stay in the 6-8lb range
I will not ship him, you must be local to the areas between Longview WA and Portland OR or the surrounding areas as I want to meet the new owners before he goes to a new home.
Gizmo is up for adoption and needs one more puppy shot and his rabies shot at 12 weeks and I would also like for there to be a neuter contract so that I know he will get fixed once he is old enough.
